Car Leasing Terms & Conditions
Must be between the ages of 25 and 65 years old.
Possess valid Singapore class 3 or International driving licence, held for at least 2 years.
Rates
All prices quoted are in Singapore dollars and are subjected to the prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST).Petrol
Vehicles are delivered with a full tank of premium grade petrol, and should be returned likewise. Failing which, the lessor shall be entitled to refill the tank and the cost thereof shall be recoverable from the Lessee.Insurance
General Motor Insurance coverage is included for all lease.Parking and Traffic Violations
Lessee / Driver is responsible for all parking and traffic violations which may be incurred, and shall answer all Police and Traffic Court Summonses, Notices and Inquiries in connection therewith.
Sub-Leasing
It is expressly forbidden to lease the vehicle out to third persons or to let unauthorized persons or learners use the vehicle or permit the vehicle to be used for purposes which conflict with the law. The Lessee shall indemnify the Lessor for the value of the vehicle and bear all costs incurred should the vehicle be confiscated, seized or forfeited.
Expiry of Lease
The Lessee shall return the vehicle in as good order and condition as the vehicle was when collected from the Lessor. Failing which the Lessor shall be entitled to repair the vehicle and the cost thereof shall be recoverable from the Lessee.Assignment
The Lease, in whole or part, may be assigned to an associated company of the Lessor.
Deposit & Payment
The 1st month’s lease and deposit (minimum 2 months) is payable before commencement of lease. Major credit cards – VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
Delivery and Collection of Vehicles
Complimentary Delivery and Collection of vehicles are provided during office hours, specified here as being from :
Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5.30 pm
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays – 8.30am to 4pm
Delivery and/or Collection service can be arranged outside the listed office hours, at S$30 per trip (subjected to GST) for all locations except airport. Airport service is chargeable at S$35 per trip (subjected to GST).
Excess Usage
Any Excess hour of usage after the expiration of the Lease is charged at 1/2 day’s lease rate for between 3-6 hours, or a full day’s rate for between 6-24 hours after expiration of the lease period.
Unauthorized Repairs
The Lessor is not liable for any repair or miscellaneous charges incurred at any external workshop without prior authorization.
